Cancellation Policy

PetCareZone, we strive to provide exceptional care for your pets and understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and efficiency for both our clients and our team, we have established the following cancellation policy

1.Cancellation Notice

  • Dog Walking Services: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Pet Sitting Services: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation Fees

  • If a cancellation occurs after the specified notice period, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
  • For cancellations made on the same day of the service, 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.

3. Rescheduling Services

  • Clients wishing to reschedule a service must adhere to the same notice periods outlined above. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds for prepaid services will only be issued if a cancellation is made within the allowed notice period. Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Emergency Cancellations

  • We understand that emergencies can arise. If you must cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis.

6. Communication

  • To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us via phone or email. Ensure you receive confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling request.
